Ageable is here

Today I am setting up ‘Ageable’. In simplest terms I believe that the current services/products/places that people are ageing in are not fit for purpose. I want to change that. We exist to give older people happier and more fulfilled lives, through asking:

‘How can we re-design the way that we live, age and care.’

For some time ageable has been bubbling away in the background for me. My career has been focused on work in the ageing and care arena for over 10 years - and I am ready to take the step to starting my own venture. I feel that there are not enough design-led businesses that focus on design for ageing well.
