// Design-Led Research + Creative Engagement //
If you’re looking to conduct some Design-Led-Research in creative ways with older adults then we can help.
Understanding your community is key & critical in getting a service or idea to meet their needs. People’s lives are complex and constantly changing, design-led research will uses both qualitative + quantitate data to deeply understand your community or a problem or challenge. This will often be collated into a series of Design Personas to help capture the ranges of mindsets of your community.
We also offer Creative Engagement to help you build your community from scratch. We can help your project get seen locally and on the ground, helping you build a community to collaborate with when you are ready.
We have a lot of experience in doing this in Creative & Participatory methods that are critical to fair participation + enhanced community building. -
// Service Design //
If you are looking to design a new service from scratch we can help you take an idea on a post it to a live service through the double diamond process.
Research // Kicks off with research into your challenge area and communities you are keen to make a difference to.
Synthesis // Once we have synthesised we’ll be looking to formulate an opportunity statements and a design brief to help us to see what possible service offerings /ideas we can seed in our work together.Co- Design & Development // We will work together with you to develop an idea on a post it to a fully fledged idea. Key part of this process are Idea Workshops helping you facilitate the process of ideas that can have the most impact to your organisation and your communities.
Prototype & Refinement // This is a critical part of a process where we help it go live in a small prototype and learn and iterate to make it a refined service offerings. This will often complete in the design of your Service Strategy, Service Blueprints and Journey Maps.

If you are looking to improve the experience you currently offer to your community then we can help.
This always begins with research to see how people are experiencing your service now - your staff and your communities, then after collating our insights and synthesis we will collaboratively re-design your service experience.
This stepping back and checking that your service in order to ensure that it consistently working for your community and your organisation is a critical part of a successful and sustainable services and we’d encourage any service to be looking at doing this at min once a year.
