Caroline Needham
Mentor & Intergenerational Activist
Caroline was a Councillor (2010-2018) following her retirement from managing Policy Research for Help the Aged (now Age UK). She Chaired the Education and Children's Services Committee and was on the Adoption and Fostering panel.
Caroline is interested in intergenerational relationships and wrote ‘Teach Yourself Grandparenting’ whilst working on a mediation project for The Grandparents' Association. Caroline is currently a trustee for Sulgrave Youth Club and London Play. Caroline holds a MSc in Life Course Development from London University.
Experienced human-centered design specialist and educator, motivated by proper collaboration, social problem solving, and building systems, services and places that work better for more people. Skilled in leadership, social innovation, participatory research and design, creative problem solving, mentoring and facilitation. Worked internationally building creative networks for social impact. Background in art and design with a Masters in Design from Edinburgh College of Art.
Megha Wadhawan
Designer & Researcher
Over the past decade, Megha has worked on projects such as supporting social care services in the UK and scaling up skills for clean energy in India. Her work looks to enable changes for a more inclusive, equitable and sustainable future. Currently, she’s a Senior Designer at FutureGov and a Design Associate with the UK Design Council, teaches on the MA Service Design and runs the Service Design and Inclusive Design short courses at the University of the Arts London.
I am committed to transforming business, society, and self towards a thriving society for all, contributing to the development of regenerative systems, practices and behaviours.
